If it wasn't for Parelli I would have never have thought of this! And now we have the skills and savvy to do this safely and have fun!
The girls led the ponies for a while…
And we stopped to say hello to our horses on the way down the road…
I did travelling circles most of the way with Bella...We did more circles at the park while the girls had a play in the playground....
And my non horsey husband even had a go at the circling game with Trumby and did great...he has obviously been taking in something from watching me and the dvds!
And of course there was a lot of eating grass...and odd looks from other people!
And the girls both had a ride on the way home...
The only blot on the outing was when M stood in an ants nest....I had to rip her clothes and shoes off...while still holding a pony and ants crawling up my legs ...
We left them on the side of the road and Ben carried her home and drove back to get them...still covered in ants!
An almost perfect outing on a warm winter's day! And good exercise for us all! Lissy
